Termination: This agreement may be terminated by The Webster Group, Inc. at any time without notice.  In the event of termination, you are no longer authorized to have access to WebsterGroup.us, and all limitations on The Webster Group, Inc. liability and on your use of The Webster Group, Inc. material shall survive.

These terms and Conditions, along with any additional rules or conditions referred to herein and the WebsterGroup.us Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and The Webster Group, Inc., as to your use of products, superseding all prior or contemporaneous communications and/or proposals.  These Terms and Conditions are severable, and in the event any provision is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not in any way affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions. A printed version of these Terms and Conditions shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to use of WebsterGroup.us to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.  

Jurisdiction: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of California without regard to its principles on choice of law, and venue shall be in the state or federal courts sitting in San Bernardino County, California. If any provision of this agreement is deemed unlawful, void or unenforceable, then such provision shall be served from the agreement and the remainder of the agreement shall remain in effect.
