SHIPPING and HANDLING
Where Do We Ship? The Webster Group can ship to virtually any address in the USA and usually ships within 48 hours. Your USA Delivery options are: Standard Shipping and Handling – ground; OR Express Shipping and Handling – 2 day. Carriers are: UPS, FedEx, and USPS. We do not ship internationally. If you are an International Customer please call our Customer Service Center for shipping options.
Calculating Shipping Costs Shipping and handling charges are based on the delivery option you choose. We charge a single flat fee for each product. The total shipping charge will be displayed on the order form.
When to Expect Your Order Our estimated delivery date for your order is based on how quickly we can obtain and ship your items, your shipping address, and the shipping speed and option you choose. We usually ship within 48 hours.
Shipping Methods and Carriers We use one of three carriers for each shipping option (UPS, FedEx, and USPS) and will choose the most appropriate delivery method for your desired shipping address. We do not ship to a P.O. Box. It is not possible to specify a preferred carrier when placing your order. When you select Express Shipping and Handling, we may use ground shipping as necessary to get the items to you within the promised time frame.
Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii Some items cannot be shipped to these destinations or shipping method choices may be limited.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds and Returns We can process returns and refunds only for items directly purchased from and fulfilled by Webster Group.us. Please contact Customer Service (909) 266-8400 ext 300 for refund questions and or refund procedures. You will need to provide your order number and contact information. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive your refund more quickly. This time period includes the time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request. We will notify you via e-mail of your return and refund once we’ve received and processed the return item. If you do not receive the return and refund within four weeks from the day you sent us your returned product please e-mail us for further assistance.
How Refunds and Returns Will Be Issued? Your requested refund and return will be issued either by credit card or by issuing you a replacement product. This will be determined between you and our Customer Service Representative when discussing your refund and return concern.
